What is it that fuels you? For me, it's the desire to connect and laugh after being locked down during Covid. To help people take time for themselves, if only for a moment in time; an hour, a day, a week. 

GoodFitz Wellness and Adventure is truly my own little passion project. I have a special place in my heart for busy moms who typically put their family first and forget about themselves.  I am gaining more and more traction each day,  connecting with people,  laughing, smiling, breathing, and shifting the thoughts of what is possible.

Our Mexico retreat was born out of a hike with a college friend and we are sharing our dreams to help people get active, shift their mindset, and reach their goals.

What is Yin Yoga?

A gentle class with easy to moderate poses. Poses are held for longer lengths of time,
1-10 minutes. It focuses on our fascia (connective tissues) throughout our body. You can think of it as a really good stretch class. A time to really connect to your mind, body, and breath. Join in your pj’s or yoga pants, it’s up to you. I find I’m ready for bed after a good yin yoga class.

What is Yoga Flow?

Yoga flow is more of a traditional yoga class. We will both strengthen and stretch our bodies in this class. Poses are held for a maximum of 1 minute, and we move through many poses in the class. In other words, we will flow through the class.
enjoy this kind of class in the morning, because I find it really awakens my body and mind.
